Start With the Big Picture
Every project begins by getting to know you, your space, and your goals. During our site visit, we'll take measurements, discuss your budget, and talk through how you want the space to feel and function. This becomes the foundation for every decision that follows.
To better understand your style and vision, we often ask clients to complete a short questionnaire. For hospitality projects, we also collaborate with a talented graphic designer who helps bring your brand to life through logos, illustrations, websites, signage, menus, packaging, and more, creating a cohesive experience from the brand to the built space.

Turning Ideas Into a Design
Next, we begin exploring possibilities through layouts, mood boards, sketches, and material palettes. We'll meet throughout the design process to review options, refine ideas, and make sure every decision feels intentional before moving forward.
Finalizing the Details

Once the overall direction is established, we select finishes, fixtures, furnishings, lighting, and custom elements. We'll review material samples and renderings together, then prepare a complete design package with everything needed for construction.
When a project requires architectural services, we partner with a trusted local architect who can assist with permitting, construction documents, structural or exterior modifications, and other technical aspects of the project.
Bringing It to Life
During implementation, we stay involved by coordinating with contractors, answering questions, reviewing installations, and overseeing procurement. Our role is to make sure the design is executed with care and attention to detail, while helping the project stay aligned with the original vision.

The Finishing Touches
As construction wraps up, we install artwork, furnishings, and styling pieces that bring warmth and personality to the space. It's often our favorite part of the process, watching everything come together and seeing a space finally feel complete and ready to be lived in or shared with others.
